but i seem to be rather attached to my phone. i think he takes pictures like this every once in a while to show me how addicted to the thing i am. i promise i looked up from time to time to see a barge go under the bridge and to people watch.

i will miss driving down to the bridge to watch the kids jump off the side, into the swirling, freezing cold current of water, scramble back up the rocks and repeat.

i've never actually jumped myself but neal has, back in the day.
it's apparently against the law yet there's always a crowd waiting their turn.

maybe if i was twenty years younger ...
